I am subletting my large double room in a friendly household in Crouch End for the month of July (3rd of July until 7th of August, dates flexible though). I have renovated the room myself and it has everything you need, comfy double bed, desk wardrobe and a full little library. Depending on the subletter’s needs, I will remove more of my things or leave them. The house is super nice in the summer, we have a cute garden mostly in the sun. 4 other housemates who are very nice and respectful of space and tidy. 1 functional kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 1 shared living room.
I am looking for someone willing to take care of my room while I’m gone (water the plants essentially) and nice to my housemates :)
It’s an ideal deal for someone spending a few weeks in London or settling to look for more permanent houses in North London.
