We are looking for someone to move in to our large house-share from the beginning of December.
We are a friendly house and you will be living with six others: Naira, Paola, Csilla, Joyal, Sofia and Emma.
One of the housemates has a small dog (Yorkshire terrier) which is mostly kept in her room. We treat the house as our home and we like to keep a relaxed environment.
First and foremost, we are looking for a housemate who is friendly, respectful and peaceful.
Monthly rent is £832 with all bills included.
Monthly rent to be paid on the last day of each month.
Move-in date will be ideally in first week of December. You are welcome to move in later in December, however the rent will need to be covered from 1st December.
We will require a deposit of £750, to be paid prior to moving in. This will be returned when you move out.
We have a direct contract with the landlord, so there are no agency fees or annoying admin to deal with.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, two large wardrobes, a chest of shelves and a desk.
There are two black Ikea bookcases which I bought when I moved into the room, which are not included.
There is a large kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower, and a garden in the back. There is a small shed outside for bike storage only.
We have a weekly cleaning rota, which you will be involved in.
We’re an LGBTQ+ friendly household.
The house is situated just off Green Lanes.
15 minute walk to Manor House station
12 minute walk to Turnpike Lane station.
8 minute walk to Harringey Green Lanes overground.
Viewings will take place on Sunday 8th November, and the following days in that week.
