Hello! I am currently looking for someone to replace me in this lovely modern flat on Turnpike Lane.

There are 4 of us currently, all aged between 25 and 30. Everyone is sociable but also respectful of each other’s space. We are all female and are looking for another girl to move in.

The flat is clean and homely with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with plenty of cupboard space.

The room comes with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

It is located near multiple food shops, a tube (Turnpike Lane) and train station (Hornsey), a shopping centre, cinema, restaurants and Alexandra Palace/Park.

Bills are approx £100-£150 a month.
