Single room available. We are a professional couple (editor and carpenter) who live in Italy for half the year (spring and autumn). We are looking for a housemate who will be there when we’re away (we have one other housemate). We have two cats and our daughter’s dog sometimes comes to stay when we’re in London. We live close to the Broadway in a four-bed Victorian house with a big kitchen/diner and a small but pretty courtyard garden. Your room will look over the garden. Our eldest daughter (who works in the fashion industry) lives nearby and our youngest (an art graduate) lives in Manchester but still has a room in our London house.
