Hello,
We have a large unfurnished double room to sublet in our spacious house in Crouch End / Alexandre Palace. We are a friendly , sociable and fairly neurodivergent household that are all self-employed, sometimes working unconventional hours.
The Room:
First floor very spacious room with an east facing bay window for lots of morning sun, that looks out over the adjacent park.
The house is a large end terrace property, located at the end of the street and is surrounded on three side by the adjacent park, so there is lots of greenery, light and far enough away from the road to have practically no traffic noise. The house has two bathrooms (upstairs/downstairs) both with showers and the upstairs bathroom having a bath. A shared kitchen (lots of storage and cupboards) with attached dining room, we share cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery so you are welcome to use what you want. We tend to hang out and chat in the kitchen more than anywhere but the lounge has a large sofa and huge TV, as well as double doors opening to outside.
There is a drive way and more than enough space for another car.
We're a short walk from Alexandre palace and crouch end, so really close to shops, restaurants, artisanal bakeries etc
The park is full of squirrels, foxes, birds and tiny dogs, and is literally a few steps from the front door.
Bills are currently around £210 (water/elec/gas/council tax) though we just had a new boiler installed so expecting gas to drop a bit.
Any questions just drop me a message!
Thanks
