I would like to sublet my flat for a month as I’m going on a work trip.

Ideally I would like to sublet from Monday 20th but I can be a little flexible.

It’s private, the entire flat is yours, bathroom is not shared.

Electric is pay as you go, so I can leave the key and show you how to top up.

I live on the top floor so may not be appropriate for everybody!

I will be taking my PC and monitor so there will be an empty desk for you. I will also empty the wardrobe and drawers.

There is also clean bedding which you are welcome to use.

5 min walk from Hornsey station with 20min trains into the city.
