I'm moving out of my great house in a good area and with lovely people. The house was renovated last year which added a living room and bathroom, resulting in a very pleasant living environment!

Stations nearby are Hornsey (Great Northern overground - 5 mins) and Turnpike Lane (Picadilly - 10 mins). You are 30 mins from Moorgate which is great!

Bills come out to £90 for Council Tax (band D), energy, water, WiFi and TV License = 850 per month total.

Bedroom is on the 1st floor, furnished with a double bed, bedside table and desk. Two massive wardrobes and space under the bed so you won't run out of storage space. Faces the back garden so it's very peaceful.

I share a toilet and bathroom (separate) between 3 people which barely ever results in clashes. There is a bathroom downstairs used by only one person if my floor is busy!

The house has a big living room and big kitchen for which there is a weekly cleaning rota. The back garden is perfect for summer BBQs or to store your bike.

My flatmates are great!
Emma, 22 - Secondary school science teacher from Ireland will tell you why butter from home is better.
Cedric, 34 - Wine shop manager occasionally brings back fancy wines for our collective consumption.
Lillie, 31 - Manages properties maintenance portfolios and a Too Good to Go fiend.
Thea, 29 - Works in medical policy coming out of an injury and getting ready to run every race out there.
Rob, 29 - Probably the funniest guy in the room and would dedicate his life to Sabrina Carpenter if the opportunity presented itself.

Our landlord Panoš, retired - live-out landlord yet actively involved and super chill. He'll be there the same day if anything is broken.

I have come to really love the area. It has the benefit of being only 30 mins to central London whilst still giving quiet, safe and chill vibes. Nearest high street is Harringay Green Lanes.
