The flat is on the Harringay ladder and close to Harringay station ( 7mins) Turnpike Lane ( 14 mins) and Harringay Green lanes ( 8 mins).
It is just off the green lanes where there are plenty of amazing Turkish restaurants and the Salisbury pub.

I am a freelancer videographer ( 40s so prefer someone around the same age but not essential ) and my partner is away on research for 5 weeks so have decided to rent out our spare room. I do WFH most days so prefer someone who is more 9-5 in the office.
The room comes furnished with dbl bed, clothes rail, drawer and small desk. ( bedding is included but also fine if you bring your own).
The flat has an open plan kitchen and living area, with dishwasher and washing machine.
I enjoy watching films and cooking and prefer a quieter night in . Clean and respectful and would like flatmate to be similar.
