The room is a really good size, with two large windows that let in plenty of natural light. There is also plenty of storage and lots of space to make the room feel like your own.

It comes with a bed, and I would also be happy to sell the chest of drawers, clothes rail and desk if the person moving in would like to keep them.

The rent is £750 per month, with bills usually coming to around £150–£170 extra each month.

The location is very convenient. Turnpike Lane station is only around a two-minute walk away, which makes getting into central London and around the city straightforward.

Wood Green Shopping Centre is also about a 10-minute walk away, with supermarkets, shops, cafés, gyms and most everyday essentials nearby.

Green Lanes is close too, with lots of good restaurants, bakeries and independent food shops. The area is lively and well connected, while the room itself feels bright, calm and private.
