Bright double room in a really nice three-bedroom flat in Crouch End / Hornsey.

The flat has a big living room, a balcony, really close to train and bus links, and two friendly and chilled flatmates - James and Jack, both professionals in their late 20s.

I'm moving out to live with my girlfriend, but the flat is genuinely great and such a good price for the area.

An early-mid Nov move-in is ideal, but can defo be flexible.

Flat is furnished, but the room itself comes unfurnished. I'm happy to sell on the bed for really cheap if you'd like, but I'll get rid of it if not.
