The room is a very large double room on the ground floor on the Haringey ladder (zone 3) £757 inc bills pcm.

We are a bunch of friendly creative neurodiverse people (musicians and poets) who have turned a house into a home. ideally we are looking for someone with a shared creative interest to add to our collective household.

Your room will be a generous sized double on the ground floor, with doors leading outside to the garden. You'll have a double bed, wardrobe, desk, draw unit and chair.
There are 2 WCs, 1 up stairs (with bath) and 1 downstairs (with brand new shower).
The house has a reception room downstairs and the house has a huge garden for this part of London which currently has sunflowers about 10 feet tall, a fig tree, raspberries and blackberries 😁

Small pets welcome - cats, wee dogs (if they're well behaved/house trained) etc.
