The location is incredibly ideal in the centre of Crouch End filled with a plethora of fantastic local amenities : parks, restaurants, coffee spots etc. Local supermarket and Pure Gym - 2 min walk, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose - 7 min walk. Nearest stations include :  Hornsey Station (10 min walk), Crouch Hill (20 min walk/5 min bus) and Finsbury Park(30min walk/10min bus).

I have lived all over London for the past 8 years and with my stay here for almost 2 years, I can absolutely attest to the fact that this is the most well connected and enjoyable stay I have had in an area. The property comes unfurnished, as an example for the amount of space : there is a king size bed in the photo with a sofa bed, 2 desks, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe  and more than enough to space to walk around.

Couples are allowed but rent is subject to change.
