My flatmate just moved back to the US so we're looking for someone to ideally take over her tenancy until September/October (or sublet for a short period).
Looking for someone ideally in their late 20s/early 30s. Women only (sorry guys!)
The flat is a 5 min walk to Hornsey station (on National Rail it's approx 10-20 mins to get to Highbury & Islington, Finsbury Park, King's Cross, Old Street).
10 min walk to Crouch End which is SO cute & has so many gorgeous cafes, shops etc. Also a short bus ride to Finsbury Park or Turnpike Lane.
The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed frame + mattress. It's a 2 bedroom flat in a very safe, lovely and quiet area.
The additional bills come to around £120 per month. We'd love for someone to just take over the tenancy (this would need to go through the estate agents), however we're open to someone staying for a shorter period of time if necessary. Short term lets can pay a smaller deposit.
You'd just be sharing with me - I'm a super chill/friendly freelance creative (working in production, events & I occasionally DJ etc). I'm sociable and outgoing but also very independent and loveee coming home to a quiet, cosy flat after a busy day. Generally in the day I either wfh or work remotely from a cafe and in the evenings will either chill in the flat or be out at events/seeing friends. Looking for someone to move in who feels like a friend (not just a random flatmate), that's equally as easy to get along with, respectful and generally tidy :)
