The room is suitable for one or two people, e. g. a couple or one parent and one child. It’s a large double bedroom in a modern (June 2019) ground floor flat in Horsham, 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre.

There’s a double bed but a second bed (sofa bed with mattress on top) can be set up if 2 beds are needed.

The room is available from 1st November 2025.

The bathroom is right beside the bedroom as is the living room/kitchen area. I live in the flat as well.

There is visitor parking in the flat car park marked V, which may be used by the lodger(s). All bills are included in the rent including electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband. No TV Licence.

I don't mind too much if the lodger smokes, but he/she must not smoke in the flat.

I am a table tennis coach & player & I’m also a tennis player.
