I have a double room to rent. It would be nice to have a female housemate, ideally vegetarian, and someone who is easy going, clean and tidy. I am 32, professional, work a lot but love down time. Just moved in, and in the process of making this house into a home.

House location, 15mins walk to the high street. Bus stops few minutes away. Off road parking available.

Its a very pretty victorian property, all newly refurbished. New carpets, new kitchen, new shower room.

Rent for the room would be £850 a month, but can be flexible for the right person.
