I have a double fully finished room to let within my house. It’s a lovely room on the upper floor, bright and airy. The house is occupied by myself and I’m an easy going, relaxed no drama kind of guy, I work a lot of hours so not really around very much, ideally I’d prefer somebody who is working however im happy to consider somebody on benefits providing references can be given.
