Hi, I'm Josephine :)

I'm looking to share my house with a friendly, considerate, polite and VERY TIDY lodger [all the traits that my friends would say that I have].

The room to rent has been beautifully furnished and comes with a desk and view to a very large garden. The house is in a conservation area and is pretty quiet. It's a large property, with many period features, but has been modernised in keeping with the building.

All bills are included and there would be shared use of the house. I'm friendly and it would be nice to chat sometimes. I equally understand that people need their privacy, as I have my own life.
