I'm looking to share my house with a friendly, considerate, polite and TIDY lodger [all the traits that my friends would say that I have].

The room to rent has been beautifully furnished and comes with a desk and view to a very large garden. The house is in a conservation area and is pretty quiet. It's a large property, with many period features, but has been modernised in keeping with the building.

All bills are included and there would be shared use of the house. What I offer is not just a rented room, but a home. I'm friendly and it would be nice to chat sometimes. I equally understand that people need their privacy, as I have my own life.
