I’m renting out a room in London, preferably to a female tenant since I am a female and I live alone.
The apartment is located just 30 seconds away from Feltham Station, so extremely convenient for commuting
It’s a new-build apartment, and the room comes with a private en-suite bathroom, a premium Emma mattress (700 pounds), wooden high quality bed (500 pounds), mirror large wardrobe.

You can easily use the living room or balcony to your convenience.

The rent is £900 per month, without bills. Bills we will spilt 50/50 since we live together and you will be able to use all the facilities in the same way as I am. Bills should come to around 50-60 pounds.

The requirement for the tenant is to love cleaningess as the flat is really neat and clean.

I am a super chilled person, work in tech. I am happy with a person with a pet and that your bf/gf comes and stays with you from time to time.
