I am looking to rent a room in my 3-bedroom house from 2nd Feb to 15th April. I will be away for this time period. One room is already rented.

This is not an HMO.

Very clean and quiet home. The area is safe. Rent is negotiable for the right person. Looking to share the house with a female professional/student, clean and responsible. Please note it is for females preferred. I am an easy going person.

The room is available from 2nd Feb to mid April 2026, with a possibility to extend on a monthly rolling basis. I have plans to do some renovations.

I am at the border of Whitton/ Hounslow. The bus stop is about 5 minutes walk. Whitton station (Southwest train) is a 10 -15 minutes bus ride. Hounslow East Station (Piccadilly line) about 15 - 20 min bus ride. Heathrow Airport is one straight bus 111.

I have a washer and dryer installed.
New kitchen. Clean bathroom and a 130ft garden with street parking!
