This room has been looked after with great care. It is also available furnished or unfurnished.

We are looking for one professional person or student who is clean, tidy, caring, responsible, environmentally conscious, considerate of others and respectful of fellow housemates. The successful lodger should also be comfortable with our well-behaved cat, who spends time both inside and outside the house.

The person moving in will use facilities mindfully, take care of both their private and shared living spaces, and share responsibility with other residents for keeping communal areas clean, as well as putting out rubbish and recycling bins when required.

To maintain a comfortable living environment for everyone, we are seeking someone whose lifestyle is compatible with a quiet, shared household. This includes being mindful of strong or persistent odours. fragrances, or other activities that may affect other residents' enjoyment of the home.

The lodger must not smoke, engage in heavy drinking in the house, use illegal drugs, or host disruptive parties. Preference will be given to long-term lodgers.

The house is situated in a lovely cul-de-sac, 1–2 minutes from bus stops outside West Thames College and within a 5-minute walk of Isleworth train station. The street is home to wonderful, caring and friendly neighbours.

Facilities include a dining room, large fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a large back garden with side access to it.

Currently, there are three lovely, respectful, quiet yet friendly people living in the house.
