This is a large double room available on 28th December 2025, the rent is £745 per month and including all the utility bills.

Currently, there are three lady living in this shared house. (Also two cats but they will be in their spaces most of the time) And the room is not available for couples I am afraid (due to our capacity of the house)

If you are looking for a quiet house, this would be the ideal slot for you because we are all professionals working and love to have a peaceful time at our home. We are not party animals.
Everybody in the house is helpful and friendly. You will have no issue with communicating with your house mates.

Rent is £745 and including all utility bills, and the deposit is £700. Deposit needs to be paid to hold to room, then you will get your contract.

The bus stop is right in front of our house; you can use the 46, 49, or 2 buses to get anywhere. Sainsbury’s is a 3-minute walk away, and Coop is 5 minutes away. There are also many local shops, as well as pubs, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Also 5 mins walk the Aldrington train station.

Your room will include a bed, clothes rail, shelf, computer table. You can bring any other furniture or items you may have.
