The flat is amazing, newly renovated and very spacious (around 1300 sq ft). There are two living spaces, 3 bedrooms, brand new kitchen, soon to be roof terrace and 2 bathrooms.

The bedroom is amazingly bright with walnut gloss wooden flooring, a king size bed with new memory foam mattress, built in storage (also new).

I recently finished a refurb on the whole flat which looks great and has been done to a high specification. You will love living here if you are clean and tidy and have a positive vibe.

Because it’s so new and because I am also very careful with my things, it’s important to me to find someone who is quiet and respectful of the fact it’s new.

We will share a cleaner but supplement this with ongoing cleaning during the week.
