Based in central Hove, quick step to Tescos, a minutes splash to the beach, a quick browse to the shops, a short hop to all the buses and Hove train station and stumble into the local pubs.

Current flatmates are myself female 45, female 13 and male 9 (though the 13 and 9 year old are away 50% of the time). I'm vegan and my children are vegetarian, so we ask for no meat to be cooked in the kitchen.

About me (Em/Mum) jolly midlander in my own time I love to chill out, sea swim all year round, go to open mics, visit the local pubs, Kickboxing, go as slow as I can at the park run, long country walks, see friends and explore local areas. I occasionally work from home as I run my own skincare business.

13 and 9 year old love martial arts, park runs, sea swims, long country walks, reading, chill outs, puzzles, card and board games, watching cooking shows and marvel films.

We have had a lodger before who was wonderful and have had several handfuls of English language students from the around the world stay with us too. We are a very welcoming, happy and respectful family.

We are a very peaceful, quiet and friendly family, so would be lovely to have someone who would match our energy.

We will also accept Monday to Friday lettings price will be reduced).

For a couple I will need to add an extra £150 per month to cover bills.
