A sunny room with a small-double bed in a spacious, newly redecorated and newly carpeted three-bedroom ground-floor apartment in the peaceful heart of Hove, close to the beach, Hove station, Sussex Cricket Grounds, and Palmeira Square.

There is also access to a beautiful south-facing communal garden.

Sharing with Joe & Jen, two working professionals and part-time musicians (so you'll likely hear us playing from time to time but we're very respectful) - and also the friendliest pair you could meet!
Joe is a PA and video editor, sometimes working from home, loves comedy, running, cooking, gigs, fixing guitars and wholesome things!
Jen is a teaching assistant and singer, and loves busking, yoga, and travelling!
We're both creatives but this isn't a party-flat, we like to be respectful to each other and our neighbours.

The third housemate (Joe's sister) is travelling until July so we're looking for someone to fill her room until then but we'd be open to shorter stays if needed.
