We're looking for someone to share our family home. We are a mother and son. My daughter will be home during uni holidays.
We both work and my son will be going to university in Sussex this year.
We have a dog who is 10 years old - very lovely and sweet. Our cat is 14 and quite grumpy but will not come near you unless you want him to.
The rooms are at the top of the house and so you would need to go up two flights of stairs. There is one bathroom with a shower to share if both rooms are rented.
The house backs onto Wish Park and is 400 metres from the sea so a fantastic position.
We lead quite a simple life, we cook a meal most nights. We both go out to see friends but not every night. It's a typical family home - we can be a bit untidy but the house is clean and comfortable. You'd be welcome to join us for meals or to watch telly in our front room if you fancy company. You are welcome to have friends over and entertain in our kitchen but probably not every day! I work five days a week and so wouldn't like lots of late night noise. Council tax band D.
