We are a family of five, our 3 children are 9, 10 and 12. We have another male lodger who rents the other bedroom on the ground floor, he has been living with us for over 2 years.

The bedroom has just been newly plastered and painted and brand new carpets laid. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside draw and a set of drawers, this can be removed if not needed.

The house is in a great area for public transport, lots of buses into town centre. Around 25 mins walk to either portslade or hove train station. Free on street parking. There is a local Tesco and co-op just up the road.

Kitchen is around a year old and we have just had a new bathroom fitted on the downstairs floor which you will share with our other lodger.
