Large room available in apartment on The Drive in Hove. Close to Hove station and the sea. I live in the bedroom and renting out the lounge which is identical in size to bedroom. There is some storage in room and couch which can be converted to a double bed. There is a table and chairs and plenty of space for your own furniture if you have any however landlady happy for you to use the couch as a bed and will remove certain furniture of ypu don't need it. Lovely apartment with mods cons and a great landlady. You would be living with me a 47 year old woman. I am pretty relaxed. I enjoy the outdoors growing plants and paint in my spare time. I don't drink however I don't mind if you do. This is not a party house, more of a relaxed peaceful clean considerate environment to live in. I am cabin crew so I would be working away alot too so you would get the flat to yourself also which is a bonus. I would prefer someone who works full time out of the house so then we both get time in the flat on our own. When i am home I am out and about but like to chill and relax at home too, to make sure i am rested for my next duty. Occasionally I have to get up early but I try to be as quiet as possible for the other person who I live with just in case someone is a light sleeper however our rooms are opposite ends of the flat which is nice. The front door is a. Fire door so it can make a noise even when being quiet so if sensitive to sound or a light sleeper this may not be for you. Saying that most flatmates have not heard me leave however i want to give this information now. I am happy easy going clean person who is looking for the same. I am a spiritual and likes being nature and meditates. I am repectful of peoples boundaries and looking for the same. Open communication is very important so we can both be happy. Keeping it clean and tidy in the communal spaces is very important. The rent is 650 and the deposit would be the same. Looking to have a tenant to go forward with the new contract. The water is included in rent however the other bils go up and down due to time of year. Approx 150 for bills. No pets allowed. Very comfortable and great location. 3rd floor flat with plenty of light and a lift. My flate mate is moving out approx in the next month so. So date is aprox 01Nov but as yet i dont have an exact date but wanted to put advert up to getvitvput there. Once i have a firm date i will update advert and start cobtactingvpeoole which hopefully will be in the next couple of weeks. Looking forward to hearing from females preffered
