The room is south facing which means you get a lot of sun all through the day and no noise from the street. 'Catherine and her family are wonderful hosts, they made me feel so welcome and part of the family. The house is always tidy and a 10 minute walk to the beach which is amazing. The location has a bus stop really near the house with regular buses to Brighton. Catherine's home is beautifully decorated and just an amazing place to be and I would definitely recommend her room'

"I lived with Cath and her children for 8 months and loved it every day. It's a lovely home and Cath made me feel like family from the get-go. We would spend time having a chat and a laugh, eating together or watching a film, but equally we could disappear to our own spaces when we felt like it.

The room is spacious compared to some others I've been in and having my own (lovely) shower-room was fantastic. Location-wise, everything is in easy reach whether it be the beach in the summer or Hove station to get into Brighton or up to London.

I'm sad to be moving on (if it wasn't for my job, I'd be staying), so I'm sure you'll love living with Cath's family as much as I have."

Hello.

My name's Catherine. I was a designer/maker/model/lecturer, now I'm a therapeutic coach/facilitator.

There will be three of us living in this beautiful, big, warm house arranged over many floors with a pretty garden.

Yours will be the whole of one of the upper floors with a large bright bedroom overlooking quiet gardens with a big ensuite with shower, toilet and sink. The price includes all bills, wifi, kitchen stuff and a weekly clean of our common areas.

We're 10 minutes to Hove Station, 10 minutes to the sea, 1 minute to the supermarket. 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton. Great pubs and restaurants are all in walking distance.

I coach, facilitate, write, talk and design. I meditate, go to the gym, read and seek both gentle, kind company and love a cheeky laugh and a dance.

We are looking for a friendly, considerate, interesting soul. It's a relaxed and friendly house. 🌸
