I’m looking for someone who is friendly, clean and respectful. In full time employment (not working from home) or a full time student.

House is myself, with 3 rooms available on a lodging basis.

The house has a small cute dog so you need to like dogs and not mind some barking at the postman etc.

Not suitable for guests, but family visiting occasional is usually ok if advanced notice is given.

Kitchen has a large oven with range hobs, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Space in the fridge and freezer and cupboard space. Use of my kitchen ware and cutlery etc. Washing machine.

One stop/post office and Waitrose nearby.
Two separate bus services close to the house both with quick access to town.

Free street parking
Room is around 12 ft x 12 ft
