Great location; A few seconds walk from the seafront. Hove station is walkable, as are amenities. 25 minute walk into central Brighton.

The flat's a 2 bed, and you'll be sharing the flat with either myself, or I may look to rent the other bedroom out over summer.

A bit about me; I work as an airline pilot, like to keep fit, healthy and active, and like living in a peaceful/tidy place.

Unfortunately this ad isn't suitable for people who work from home the majority of the week.

Parking is on street and permitted, but no wait list (Zone R)

Bills are £150 on top of the room price. Flat has washing & drying machine and plenty of storage.
