I have a beautiful flat in Brunswick square Hove and looking for a flatmate. I have a gorgeous wee dog - a friendly and super fun cockapoo that most animal lovers fall in love with. She is brilliant company (which is a good thing as she loves company).

I am in my 40s but consider myself young at heart and very respectful and easy going.
I like going out, enjoy the odd dinner party, but mainly value quiet time at home.
The room I have is a good sized double.... en suite and the flat is large and nicely decorated (if i say so myself!)
Looking for a quiet respectful flatmate who respects the flat and doesn't want to throw wild parties! (Not that i don't enjoy going to one now and again!)
