Cosy Sunny Room Available for Female Lodger

We are located in a friendly, family-oriented area with a small local shop within walking distance and a bus stop close by. Buses run frequently, and the No. 1X takes approximately 30 minutes into town.

You will be sharing the home with two happy, friendly females. We are very clean, organised and respectful of our space. We also have two lovely cats.

The room itself is cosy, bright and fully furnished with:
• Single bed
• Three-door wardrobe
• Dressing table/desk
• Bedside lamp with remote control and colour-changing settings

We enjoy music, art and occasional movie nights, but we are generally quiet and relaxed after busy working days. I work 5 days a week and my daughter works from home.

There is a washing machine and small dishwasher available. We keep a clean and tidy home and simply ask that you respect shared spaces and keep your own areas clean.

We are looking for:
A happy, honest, clean and considerate female lodger (ideally 25+), who is a working professional. Someone quiet, respectful and easy to live with would be a perfect fit.
