AVAILABLE FROM EARLY SEPTEMBER -We have a lovely single room available in our quiet family home. There are generally 2 of us parents at home with our house cat. Our son will be at University but may return for the occasional weekend. The home is clean, modern and with all amenities. We have 2 bathrooms (one of which will mostly be your sole use) with access to kitchen facilities. Would suit a student or young professional.
The house is in the popular Poets Corner area of Hove, bus routes, train station all very close by as well as local shops, park, pubs, food outlets and of course the seafront. Both the city centre and University are easily accessible. Its a lovely community and we have lived in the house for a long time and know the area well.
The room is light and airy and furnished with bed, chair and student desk. The cost is £210 a week all bills included as well as WIFI and laundry washes. Breakfast 7 days a week and evening meal Sunday to Thursday. 2 weeks deposit.
We have had students studying at the University or other schools from all parts of the world. All worked out really well.
