Hiyaaaa!

We’re Erin and Ashleigh and we’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely 3 bed flat seaside flat which will be available from 10th March.

About the flat: It is a maisonette, lovely furnished living area, modern kitchen, bath and shower. The room is a small double that can easily fit a double bed, additional furniture and comes with a deep built in wardrobe.

It’s in an amazing location that’s super close to the beach and town with lots of pubs, bars, restaurants etc right on your doorstep! It’s also great for bus routes. We appreciate keeping the flat clean and tidy with a relaxed and social atmosphere.

So a little about us:

Erin, 33, works in the charity sector and loves festivals, pubs, beach days, travel, cooking and long walks in the downs.

Ashleigh, 29, who works remotely for a camping company and enjoys going to gigs, films, the gym, reading and the pub 🍻

We both enjoy each others company as well as being respectful of each others space. We’re looking for someone respectful, clean and who we can socialise with for the occasional flat dinner and beach/pub trips whilst also feeling comfortable having our own space in the home.

Bills are separate and paid monthly. Bills are all split equally, and are currently around £160 including internet. These may fluctuate through the year.
