This is a separate garden flat with an ensuite room (a king-size bed), big kitchen, and garden access in a family house in central Hove. The building has two units and I stay in the upper maisonette. I am a working professional and travel quite frequently. There is a separate entrance although the unit is connected by an internal staircase to the upper maisonette. The house is very close to the seafront and all amenities. All bills included.
