King room ensuite in a family home located on a quiet street in central Hove, only a short walk away from the train station, seafront, and fabulous cafes, bars, and restaurants.

The room is a comfortable size with a King-size bed, sofa, and TV with WiFi access. The room is set up for Airbnb, so there's even a little fridge, microwave and water boiler if you want it.

You will have use of the kitchen.

We do have a 3 (nearly 4)-year-old son. His room is on a different floor and not connected to the room, so nobody will disturb the other. He sleeps through the night and is a funny, happy little boy who loves to play and explore.

My husband's a chef, and I'm a freelance marketing consultant who works at home. We're friendly and easygoing.

We're looking for someone friendly who respects the space, the people they live with and is clean and tidy. We're happy for you to have friends over, but no parties.
