I am looking for a lodger in our cosy home to occupy my beautifully furnished double bedroom.

All bills are included; including superfast wifi, heating, gas, electricity, water, and council tax.

The bedroom is fully furnished with:

- Full length mirror
- Private fridge in the closet for you to store your chilled goods separately in your own room.

I also have a sweet and friendly 7 year old jack Russell named Leo who likes to have a pat when you get home and maybe a scratch behind the ears.

I have a large shared bathroom with a bath tub and we have a large shared kitchen with a cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and a beautiful breakfast table to eat at.

Our living room downstairs has a comfy sofa, large HD TV, large dining table and leads to our beautiful and simple garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, all of which you are welcome to use.

The house is only 3 minutes walking distance from the Portslade train station and bus stations to take you all over Brighton & Hove, and about a 15 minute walk from the seafront.

I am looking for a student or professional who is okay with a calm and cosy home to return to.
