Double room available until June 2026 . The room is on the top floor of our friendly 3 story house in 7- Dials, Central Brighton. 8 minuite walk to the station and the Laines. 15 minuites to the seafront..
The room is quiet, looks over the garden and has a king size bed with a smart TV mounted on the wall. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and has a shower and bath.
There is a large kitchen and a living area available to relax with books and an open fire place.
Ideally we would like a lodger who is happy to be flexable with our dog who might visit your room for a cuddle on the bed!.
As a couple we are quite boring in the evening and sit seperately watching TV during the week but are around to help with anything that you might need.
