I have a great size double room available for rent in the heart of Hove; 2 minute walk to the high street, 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the station. The room comes fully furnished and has its own spacious separate bathroom with a walk in shower, roll-top bath and toilet (plus under-floor heating!). I am a live in landlord and take pride in having created a beatiful, cozy home. I'm looking for someone trustworhthy and responsible to let my guest bedroom out to on a short-term (3 month basis) with the potential for extension - I expect you to care for it as your own home! The living area and kitchen/dining areas will be shared with me - with plenty of space! All bills and Netflix included :)
