Only 7 minutes’ walk to the University of Huddersfield. Supermarkets nearby include Lidl, Iceland, Asda and Sainsbury’s, so it’s very convenient for daily shopping.

£130 per week, all bills included (original price £178/week).

If someone takes the room for the full rental period, I’m also happy to leave kitchenware and some useful household items for free, so it’s easy to move in.
