I’m renting out the room because I barely live in the house I’m always at work I work in Sheffield and the room is just sat there but it’s a good neighbourhood very quiet and parking available in the driveway to fit 2-4 cars very close to town centre only 7 minutes there is a bus stop 2 minutes away and closer to food shop ( Aldo and Morrisons )
