The property is a large Victorian house. All the tenants are very friendly and the house is big enough that everybody tends to keep out of each others way. The room itself has a bed if needed, but no mattress. And the rest of the house is fully furnished. It is fully double glazed and has central heating. There is storage space available. Everyone is clean, quiet and sociable. Smokers are welcome but have to smoke in the storage room or outside. There's usually plenty of room to park outside the house.

The village has excellent rail and bus links into Huddersfield, Manchester and Leeds. There are many great local shops, pubs and restaurants and it has gyms and a leisure centre and a swimming pool and is surrounded by gorgeous hilly countryside and is a great place for walking. There is also an Aldi supermarket that is only a couple of minutes walk from the house.

References are preferred but we may consider without them.
