I am offering a room in my newly renovated house. Its about a 40minute walk to the train station, so a great location. It is down a semi private track so very quiet, with views of fields and forests out of most windows.

There is a log burner (and lots of wood!) in the kitchen diner with a sofa next to it, projector TV in the lounge, electric reclining chairs in the lounge for movie night etc. There is underfloor heating in 2 fully tiled bathrooms.

The only thing that isn't brand new is the kitchen! Its a 3 bedroom but I am keeping the 3rd as a study / spare room so a good size 3 story house for 2 people.

There is space in the 2 spare rooms for extra bits, within reason. There is a shed outside for bikes and you would have a private off road parking space.

Lots of outdoor space - options to have chickens or outdoor rabbit runs etc.

I am friendly and a fairly quiet home owner. I have spent a lot of money renovating the house so would like a tenant who would look after it, yet enjoy it too.

I'm happy with a student or professional.
