Very neat room for rent. really clean well organised household. I rent this place and would like a lodger or two for the spare room. If two persons the rate increases by 50% bills included. Close to local parks, train station, bus station, shopping centres and really pleasant surroundings. Comes with own separate bathroom and toilet. My home is a peaceful sanctuary. I don't drink or smoke. So if you want to bring your friends in and out then it's not your best choice.
