The house is located in a quiet street, convenient for the bus routes, shops, restaurants and bars on both Princes Avenue and Chanterlands Avenue. Walking time to the University is 25-30 minutes or 7 minute cycle ride. Walking/bus to the City Centre, rail/bus station, Hull Royal Infirmary approx 20-30 mins.
The room is fully furnished and neatly decorated. Broadband wifi included in rent. You will need to pay share of utilities (gas, electric, water) - currently £100 pcm.
The bedroom features a double bed, easy chair, desk and chair, desk lamp, large wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, wall mounted mirror, electric heater, towel rail, bedside light and bedside table.
The ensuite shower room contains an electric shower, sink, mirrored cabinet, W. C., waste bin and toilet brush.
Access to shared kitchen (own storage cupboard & fridge space), shared dining room, washing machine and tumble dryer.
