We offer a lovely spacious double room on the first floor of our family home. The room benefits from 2 large wardrobes, comfortable double bed, bedside cabinets x 2 and chair.

Adjacent to the room is a bathroom with walk in shower, wash basin and WC. This bathroom is shared with the landlord.

We have a spacious modern kitchen with all amenities including island with high stools, dishwasher, and a chill out area with leather sofas and TV.

We provide washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The tenant has access to our lounge with 55 inch smart TV and wood burner. There is also a separate dining room, meals can be taken in there or in the kitchen.

The large garden is decked and has furniture (tables and chairs) and a brick BBQ.

On street parking is available and tenants are provided with a parking permit.

The house is located a few minutes walk from the popular Princes Avenue area with its cafe bars, restaurants and shops. The city centre and station is a 20 minute walk away or a short bus ride. Hull Royal Infirmary is a 15 minute walk.

Whilst we don’t specify that the tenant is a vegetarian we do ask that no cooking of raw meat is done in the kitchen so please be aware of this before enquiring further.

Our house is very clean and smart and filled with joy, good humour and kindness.

We hope to find a tenant who will enjoy living in the house as much as we do.
