Hi, I am looking for a room mate who would need accommodation for 1 to 4 months as a short term let.

Females preferred as I am a single woman who lives alone.

The room is a double room with a shared bathroom.

The bathroom would be shared between myself and you. I am a 30 year old female who works in education.

The house has parking outside on the main road. There is a garden with a patio area/seating area to eat outside. There is also an addition office space next to the garage if a home office is needed. The living room is shared but has Netflix…etc.
