I’m offering my en suite room for a short-term sublet, available for June and August. The flat is on the 4th floor, right behind Whitworth Park. It’s part of a modern two-bedroom apartment with a shared living room, kitchen, and a storage room.
The location is perfect for anyone working or studying at the University of Manchester or nearby hospitals. It’s just a 12-minute walk to the Business School, 13 minutes to Chemistry and Physics, 16 minutes to NGI and Royce, and only 6 minutes to Manchester Royal Infirmary. The city centre is about 35 minutes away on foot, or you can catch a bus just 5 minutes from the flat.
I’m looking for someone – male or female – who is tidy, and respectful. Ideally, someone who appreciates a clean and calm environment and treats the space with care.
You’d be sharing the flat with my current roommate, a 40-year-old Canadian professional who is very respectful, easy-going, and appreciates a quiet and clean living space as well.
