Hi everyone,
My lovely current flatmate is leaving me and therefore looking to get someone to replace him.
About the flat:
Flat is in a nice building just a 5mn walk from the cornbrook tram stop, and 20mn walk from the city centre. Private small gym onsite (included in rent) with communal area with free coffee and a small outside space, and 24/7 concierge and private parcel lockers.
The flat gives onto the interior court and faces other apartments. The double bedroom is has a double bed, a walk in closet and a Jack-N-Jill bathroom with bathtub(which I won’t use since I have my own en-suite with shower as well).
The living room is quite spacious and furnished, kitchen with dishwasher and washer/drier (and the added bonus of my kitchen appliances such as air fryer, slow cooker etc).
I like the flat to be kept tidy-ish so always cleaning up a bit (clean flat for a clear mind I say).
Council tax is £90pp, water is £15-20 pp depending on months, electricity varies between £75 to 90 monthly, so all together bills and rent comes to shy of £850 monthly.
About me: I’m Tom, pronouns he/him, 32, French born, part of the LGBTQ+ community. I work in an investment bank as a data analyst, work from home 3 days a week (got a desk in my room so mainly working from there). I’m in my room most of the time as after a day of work I like to play music (guitar), chill with tv or gaming, or cinema and gigs. You can catch me in the living room cooking or just having a coffee every now and then but love to socialise and have theme nights dinners or roommates evenings. I love Korean dramas, animes, massive movie geek and music geek. I also love to go out every now and then (mostly canal street) and usually go home every 2-3 months for a couple weeks (and will always bring wine and cheese back).
Sorry, the room is no longer available
